The friendliness and service orientation of the staff. Mohammad, at the reception when I arrived, helped me with anything I needed. He made that my arriving was very pleasant. All other colleagues are also always ready for help. The breakfast buffet was very good. And the staff there repeatedly checks whether everything is available and OK. On the roof there is not only a pool, but also a whirlpool. An overall very good value for money.

Location map in your website is not exact. Please do the needful changes. By road all the way I have travelled from Oman to Dubai, but finally your website map took me wrong way. Later I have called to your reception. Mr. Francis supported very well by guiding & giving me direction how to reach the hotel. Excellent support from Mr. Francis & I would like to extend my thanks to him. Later I have treated very well by other staff too . I would like to thank Mr. Anil & Mr. Bhuvesh Pleasant welcome from your reception & security. It was a pleasant stay.

I liked the facilities of this hotel and the way to talk to people.I am confused how to call the reception from your hotel room.And no one told me at the time of entry at the reception if hundreds of people like me enter your hotel.It would be even better if you could teach me how to call the reception from the room,

Did not order breakfast. My breakfast normally consists of a bowl of cereal, I toast and tea. I’m not willing to pay AED 40-50 for such a small breakfast. AED 20-25 would have been acceptable for a continental breakfast. The staff are exceptionally nice, especially Yassir, Wazir, Peter and Marya. The quality and taste of food in the sports bars has improved.

Lovely large room & bed and everything was spotlessly clean. We had a fridge and kettle in our room, great as I LOVE tea. I was at a training course so didn’t get to spend much at the hotel but my partner very much enjoyed the pool and gym at the hotel. The breakfast/ reasturant area was well set up and there were many options~ fresh eggs, strong coffee, fruits and yoghurt- a great variety.

I would like to express my immense gratitude to the entire hotel staff for the incredible service and cozy atmosphere. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely courteous and professional. The hotel’s location is ideal, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and will surely return again!

I liked the kidness of the staff and their "courtoisie" from the reception to the house keeping. In this regards, a special thanks to Tukman for the care , kidness and multiple attentions and accomodations, to Prasanth for his exceptional service and the cleaness, the care that he gave daily to details and his accomadion to my special needs and requests. The hotel offer services high standard, the reception team very professional and respectful. I had the pleasure to meet the managers at the 2 levels, my staying and my experience are exceptional. I booked for 3 nigjts, then, I extended for 2 months. In addition, I liked particularly the calme in this hotel and the location. I enjoyed also the spa. I will definitively book here again whenever I return to Dubai. Highly recommanded. Je recommande fortement. C'est ma meilleure experience a Dubai.
